3yrs on, one would sincerely hope so. But have not heared of any for sale. So either selling very quickly by word of mouth, or things did not go well. More info anyone?

No Fb, i tried to purchase some but got the runaround. I think there is one of those closed circle things going on, so there will be an explosion of them soon maybe but expect big $$$ imo.

I guess the most important thing is, they did survive and are still breeding up. Pity if there is an "all eggs in one basket" situation. As fires and floods can wipe those out. But life is what it is.

I've heard nothing or seen any pics of birds been bred which is a shame. I know we are allowed to export foreign finches out of Australia so let's hope that's not what has happened. The bird above is what is being bred overseas but believe it face colour is a result of the blue body so not actually a biscuit face like the Aussie bird which can be bred in a normal green bodied bird.
If anyone on the Forum can just say the biscuit faced bird is even still here without mentioning the breeder, it would be very much appreciated.

Aussie bird is definatly a nicer colour combination. And echo Craigs comment - don;t care who has them/to know who has them - just want to know that things are going well for the little beauty.
