Pied Orange Breast - Perth

Would you say this is pied or it has a deficiency and will moult out normal on its next moult. It has gone through its first moult. The two males from the same nest have no markings on them.

I'm fairly sure it will moult out but having that much it will take quite a few. The feathers on a pied should be fully white from quill to the tip. imo Craig
