hi,im wanting a pair of these but know nothing about this colour mutation.could anyone tell me is it a sex linked colour or can you breed 2 sea greens together with no problems ? can they throw other colours ? and any other info would be great as i cant find anything on them but would like to start with a pair of pure sea greens if i can.one thing i do know is not to mix parrotfinch species together.i do have tri coloureds but thinking of selling them and just having sea greens.
thanks

Seagreen PF's are a mutation of the redfaced parrot finch. Face colour and seagreen can vary from a biscuit colour to an orange and body from seagreen to nearly royal blue.
They are sexlinked and it is preferrable to breed seagreen to seagreen to stop the mutation from polluting pure redfaced birds that can be splits in cock birds only.
