hey guys,
I'm new to this forum, however have been breeding finches on and off for a while now...
I was cruising the internet the other day and found this, don't know if anyone has seen it yet?
what do you think of it?

The subject has been raised before, but because we have not all recorded and reported our results and gotten a concensus. It is good to keep raising it so people are aware of the possibility/propability.

Am going to get me some orange headed hens for these orange headed cocks and test the theory.

i do believe it work wit the same head colour got 1 pr of yellow x yellow head and have noticed more hens than cocks and then a other pairing of black X yellow and have produced more cocks than hens so this theory seems to be true

a couple of years of selective breeding would push the price of hens through the roof
