we use soluvet plus---we have a large collection of birds and have used the product for many years now it is mixed in our soft food and the boiled seed.

Hi Karl,
There are many vitamin products out there and in general they are all fairly good. Some contain minerals, other also have amino acids.
Whichever one you choose just remember that vitamins degrade quickly once a packet is opened.
Air (oxygen), moisture and light can all cause loss of vitamin potency.
Therefore it is best to keep them in sealed, lightproof containers in a cool area.
Refrigeration helps even more to extend the shelf life of vitamins.
