I have moved these little critters to a pot as they fell out of the nest early.
They seem to be fed (see photo with crop) and hopefully will survive.
Does it appear that their crop is full?
There is one yellowy orange and one red chick.
The male parent is red and the hen is yellow.
Love these birds

So the red parent must be split yellow, to have a yellow chick. Check them before dark and hope that the parents have fed them again. Painteds are pretty good parents usually. Good luck.
