I had a bit of 10mm wire mesh laying around so I made a rectangular nest.
The nuns liked it and have 4 young in the nest

good stuff!

What are they like to keep in a mixed collection?
Breeding Project 2020-2025.
agate mosaic canaries, agate yellow mosaic canaries, red zebs, self bengos and goldfinch mules.

Yes they are fine,I have them in with parrot finches and cordon bleus

I have had them in many of my mixed aviaries, most the family the same, good breeders also, the only problem I had was when the dealer turned up to collect my birds the black & white headed nuns were not coloured yet, they were one of the slowest to colour.
