Any thoughts on why my red factors have decided to eat 2 out 5 eggs?
She has been sitting on the eggs for around 9 days and the eggs were fertile.
They have been given plenty of calcium.

Was there yolk on their beaks? Or were the eggs just broken? What type of nest are they using?

Are there any fertile eggs left? If so, leave the hen on them, with the cock removed.
If not, then give the hen 1 week break without the nest. Take the cock out.
In a week put the nest back in plus the cock and she should make a new nest in a day or two.
When the hen starts laying eggs remove the cock.
Once a cock has started eating eggs he is usually a nuisance and will continue to do so.
