i bought some new gouldians and put them in the aviary with the gouldians , i have a nest of 6 , 10 day old chicks the parents of these chicks are extremly good parents but when i checked the new additions i checked the chicks as well ( something i dont do daily as parents are so good with them ) the chicks feel warm but the crops dont appear to have much food in them but the chicks dont seem to be begging for food and as i said they seem warm . as i work all day i cant take them and hand raise them , do i wait or do i try to find someone to hand raise them for me ?

Maybe putting in the new inmates has upset the previous tenants....If they have no food in crop, option to handraise may be way to go...or let nature take its cause and hopefully they will settle down again..

Just reckon plenty of soaked/sprouted seed and greens like dandelion/milkthistle and green seed will get you through. Maybe you just peeked before next feed time?. Hand raise is not easy and heartbreaking. Been there, done that.
Good luck

Well there ya go! Good luck. 6? It's so much fun watching 6 getting fed when they fledge. Mum and dad deserve medals as you will see.
Keep up the greens and sprouted/soaked seed and you should do well.
