I recently removed some eggs from an abandoned nest and placed then under the parents of my recent yellow fledglings.
The parents of the fostered eggs are the same SF male to a normal hen but the cock was a yellow head not black.
This may explain why one baby is larger than the other as he was already half cooked when I put him and the others in the foster nest.
Anyhow I have attached some more happy snaps.
I will also post some update photos of my birds including the goulds.
Gouldian breeding seems to be going great!
I think I have some more yellow hens in this nest?!
