hi all...im a low key breeder.....trying to get better....4 yound so far this year but hope to do better when new aviary is finished...im from newcastle NSW.....cockroaches are gorgeous creatures :geek:

I am from NSW(ex Vic) but just, as my back fence is touched by the River Murray when it is in flood.
We have a reasonable collection here and by the way the NSW finch breeders are more numerous and there collections in most cases better than other states.
The only concession maybe the WA people have more of the smaller Aust.Softbills but even that is now changing.
If you Qld'ers and those from the other side of the world WA don't agree do some research.
But you do have a good finch breeding climate though, you can have the heavy winter frosts we suffer here.
