chestnuts and society finches
I think I know the answer to this question but just making sure. Will chestnuts hybridise with society finches, both being lonchura species?

I saw my local produce store selling either hybrids of Chestnuts x Spice Finches or Chestnuts x Bengalese as 'Mutation Bengalese'...

My "little accidents" were very attractive looking birds. They got to live out their lives, isolated from anything they could breed with, but together as siblings. Fortunately they never tried to breed together, or I would have had to remove eggs. Hopefully anyone who buys the above will just do the same.
