First two young zebras to colour up out of my red zebra cock and charcoal hen.
i do believe one is a male other not sure as has orange coming though cheeks yet has light beak like a hen any ideas?
The mother is the charcoal hen i haven't got a photo of dad but he isn't as coloured as the young look.
any ideas on the sex of these young . sorry poor photos taken on my iPhone. :crazy:

I had the sister "fawn" to the father of these with a charcoal and I've had one fledge out today.
Ideas on what mutation it will be

just went a checked on the birds for the day and the sibling to these young has had her first clutch .
unfourntly she's only had 2 . this is the first one that just fledged .
she is a fawn hen with a red fade to her colour and shes pair with a charcoal cockbird.

Looks like a pair to me.
The reds are a nice colour, still partial to wild grey though.

If they Grey Charcoal Hen is producing Reds she will be Split Red and what ever else. ie the photo of the 2 young the left bird is a Red Fawn Charcoal and Red Fawn Cock.

Hopefully I can play around with these guys and yet more red markings on the birds ..
If anyone knows of anyone with reds I would much appreate if I could get in contact with them .
