I Apologize for the lack of a picture...But my brother and I recently came across a Java finch that look like a normal pied, but instead of the normal 'blue' markings, it had fawn instead..We bought a pair of fawns showing pied marking on the wings from the same breeder...Just wondering if anyones heard of this before? as this is the first we've seen of it? Cheers

Heard of it no. Seen it, no. Want it, you bet. Also like the pied fawns, so good luck with them.

Finally managed to get some photos....So don't know if this is a common mutation and i've just never seen it before, or what. Any help would be appreciated. (sorry about picture quality, terrible weather/rushed)
