I also were having problems with my Gouldian Hens looking like Vultures. So I have been giving my birds F- Vite...3gms to a 100gms of soaked seed. I have also addedTurbo Booster 1ml to the same 100gms of soaked seed, once a week.
At the moment my birds are absolutely beautiful wether that is because of just coming out of a moult or the treatments I have been giving them has completely cured the baldness problem or both have worked well together ....I'm not sure, but they look fantastic.
