From what i can gather, when u write a certain amount of posts your 'description' (i guess u could call it that) changes, kind of like a ranking. Just about every forum I've used has one .

I would say the amount of posts to get to a new Avatar have been changed,Since this was the only info i could find.Admin may have access to the newer default settings.
