The only time I can get close to the nest with the hen incubating, is at night.. You can see how much of a tight squeeze it is in that nest!

Well done capturing a spinebill in flight!! We have them buzzing around our yard in Maitland as well.
A world without birds is a world not worth living in :)

Watching wild birds in the garden is as great as watching those in the avairy. Was watching the little nectar eaters at the Aloe flowers last weekend.
