(only interested in the ones proven on finches though, don't want to know everyone's ailments!!

The things usually in my fridge as standard are moxidectin plus, some polyaid plus (similar to spark) and some mineral supplements I sprinkle on the soaked seed every other day, have been fortunate in not needing any more than this to get by until now.
My aviaries have natural earth floors (black sand, drains well, with a bit of eucalyptus mulch thrown in for the quails to scratch in), are planted and plenty of insects move in from the outside, plus mealworms and maggots fed daily.
What recommendations would people have for other things I should look at? I don't (or at most probably once yearly) carry out preventative wormings etc on my flock, only treating new birds, so can't justify spending hundreds of dollars, but I wish to get the best practices up now, ready for future acquisitions and large aviary management.
Cheers
Luke
