Another approach might be to go to a seed cleaning and grading service like Toowoomba Grain Handling and Storage as they may be able to provide the weed-seeds at cost or for nothing however it's a byproduct and varies with the quality of whatever the crop they are processing and might even contain toxic seeds like Mexican poppy (Argemone mexicana) so don't forget to ask if it's free of toxic weed seeds.
