Thanks all for the welcome.
Have spent the last few days going through many posts and doing lots of docos etc on different subjects (sorry old habits die hard).
Finchbreeder LOL I am still pretty green and bought them at a market, BUT the male is a orange head white breast yellow body Gouldian I think that is OH WB YB and the female is I think still very young and is predominantly green so not sure on what it is.
I have been to several shops in the area and a couple seem to have some experience.
Talking to one he said he buys from several sources and when I want a breading pair he will get me a good pair from two different breeders and let me know when they are in the shop. As I know nobody in the local area I think that will be the best I can do for a while.
Get the small wire (6mm) tomorrow so can then continue with the aviary and hopefully within a week it will be standing and ready for planting and then birds.
Will go slow as I want to feel my way and perhaps try and get a few good breeders and then sit back and see what happens.
Bought the wire in a deal and will have heaps left over (more than one 30m roll) so will perhaps put it up for bids if anyone is interested in the area when I am finished what I want to do.
Regards
Brian

Brian, it can be hard to resist these impulse buys. Gouldians = OH for orange head = WB for white breast = YB for yellow back = GB for green back Hope it all goes well for you.
