Canary keepers - have yours started moulting yet?

The feathers have started to fall and the birds have started to look "fluffy".

I guess that's true. January was cooler than expected here but February has been a stinker. Anyway the singing has tapered off and I have just started to notice some feathers so perhaps they have begun to realise that summer is on the way out.Spitfire wrote:Australia is such a BIG Country, that distance is a factor in all things birds, Moulting happens at different times depending on your region and weather patterns.
