Well the temperature was a real scorcher today reaching 42c (in the shade) and although the birds did feel it a bit there was no losses.
Anyway I decided to have a play with a old digital SLR camera and here are the results.

Thanks for sharing Rich,some nice looking birds there. We had 44 degs the other day, sprayed the aviary roofs a few times during the day but stayed away from the birds and they survived ok. You are game taking pics in that heat, stress is the killer. Cheers Craig
