Yeah hope so the male does the breeding song and jumps from perch to perch but the female just fly away

i would give it 2 weeks before removing them. just in case there not sitting at that point in time.but if your other pair are nesting try slipping some under another hen . one of my reds just had 7 in one clutch. the other pair only 3. patience my friend..pete

plus one other thing do u give ur birds feathers for nesting material. they will go nuts on them and gives the nest a nice lining...pete
