Well Im pleased to say that there is absolutely nothing going on with the finchies here , no breeding , no illness , no injuries , no fighting or squabbling in fact its border line dead set boring in my aviaries at the moment .....isnt it wonderful.
So I guess this post is a Seinfeld post its a post about nothing.
Just keeping my seat warm I suppose in case I ever actually do have something clever or intrigueing to say on here.

All going pretty well here too, have lots of action in the gouldian aviary with around 20 young in various stages of growth.
Things seem to run much smoothly with only the gouldians in the aviary.
I cant say the same for the other avairy which is bursting at the seams with zebra finches...if anyone wants some free zebras give me a yell, I want them all gone.

Gotta love them Zebs when ur starting out , they are great to watch and learn from ....I soon got over them though , too many too bossy , now I am thinking if I do see any really nice ones I may just have a single sex aviary just for Zebs.
They are great little characters after all.

I have an avairy that contains, Zebs, Diamond Doves and King quail. And when I want to breed particular Zebs I put them somewhere else. It's the only way to stay sane with the little darlings.
