Hello All, JessieO here.
I'm a 69 year old 'newbie' to the world of finches. Just finishing off a small outdoor aviary (2.4 x 1.4 x 1.8 high). No birds yet. Not intending to be a breeder (yet!), but maybe some of the birds I get will have a different opinion!? - I've just become enthused by the Finches energy, constant movement and inquisitiveness. Unlike some bird breeds, which seem to be regular 'sitters'!
I'll be pretty happy to be fairly much a 'lurker' here in the short term, before I'll feel comfortable enough to contribute to the many conversations, but am looking forward to 'LEARNING' lot's from so many knowledgeable enthusiasts.
