Yes cranberry it was me who posted the link, I think it was Mick who told me about the forum on the us finch forum, that was well over 12 months ago now, the forum has really taken off which is good :) jarryd

Ah ha! Geez I surprise myself sometimes Jarryd. Remembering your name along with the correct spelling. LOL!

This forum is the best. I have learnt so much here and will continue to do so. I have been a member of other bird forums where the admins are hell bent on disproving everything you say even when they are wrong and want the final say in everything. This place is so relaxed and everyone gets along so well. Love it!

Again Google for me. Best thing that ever happened, don't bother looking at other sites at the moment.

Another Googler. :D Have looked at a couple of other Forums, but they are not a pinch on this one so don't bother with them much.

cant believe how many times my name has been mentioned, feel like I've been dobbed in
I came over from the american forum. The guy who created this forum asked me if I thought an Aussie forum would work, when I said yes he set it up.
Has certainly improved out of sight though since Page0044 became the owner of the forum, he has done a great job of keeping everything up to date.
The work that the mod team does in keeping the spam to a minimum and always answering other members questions needs to be kept in mind as well.
The atmosphere on this forum is much better than any other that I have previously used, everyone feels free to say their bit, which is what we want & need so that we continue to grow.

Well said Mick. There are obviously a lot of people who do a great job as well as a lot of passionate ones. Keep up the good work and lets all watch it grow and become bigger and stronger. I bet you're excited at being instrumental in the forum being set up originally. Glad you said it was a good idea.
