looks like an ugly fife at the moment. But its gold bars on the wings are starting to colour well.

It feeds the babies in the nest so if its not a great singing male it will make one hell of a foster mum.

The foto in above is of the babies on sunday last week, they are now at pin feather stage and ready to jump the nest.

Well the oldest chick sure looks like mum, but different. And as they are off again the pairing is working.

Progress pics Please. My last Mule just passed away of old age. She was a Bengo x Java and a most impressive looking bird.
