Hello
I have about 16 cage fronts that I would like to fix up and re-paint before I am set up in the next few months
They are the old English style ones with the feeder holes on the bottom of each side
My questions is as the majority of these are bare and need a lick of black paint, what type of paint can i use?
Am I able to just buy an acrylic black spray paint and spray over letting sit for 48 hours?
Or what is a safer option?
Cabinets or aviary wont be ready for at least another 2 months?
Thank you
Rocco

Are these the slotted wire like for canaries and budgies? If so, just a word of warning re Orange Breasteds and African Fires. They can and will slide out between the slots. I watched it happen with my own birds. Fortunately the smaller cages were inside the avairy, so no problem, just an inconvenience. But if they are not, bye bye birdie.
