Hi to all,are chicks from different clutches but same parents,are they still classed as brother and sister,thanks for any info,peter.

At the moment I have 2 pairs of Gouligans,1 pair of rfpf, 1 pair of tcpf coming,also have 6 different pairs of canaries,at the moment all my birds are in breeder cages,until my Avery is built.As I have limited space,the Avery is more for the youngsters to grow up in.

I have nil experience with Parrottfinches, but had heard/read that they are an avairy bird, and that the types should not be mixed. Others will know better than me. Canaries definately easier in Breeding boxs than avairies from my experiences. Enjoy.

Yes agree, keep your parrot finches species separate. Some say the two that you mention do not cross but i can confirm that they do.

I read that to,once my Avery is built the red faced will go in there.
