Hi there just wondering if there’s a reason why these birds are so hard to find ? I’d like to get a pair. Thanks

Hard to find if you don't let people know what you are after

Is still best to put the name in the title, and to advertise in the Classifieds. As this is what people read first. Some will look further, some will not. Just a suggestion to make life easier. Good luck in getting what you want.

Must admit though, I haven't seen sea green mutations at the local dealers for quite a while.

They're all in Europe mate, you will have to swim a long way to get them though
I'm so bored with the lock down. I filmed mine, set them to music and uploaded them to You Tube

There are plenty around in fact they have become a nuisance with pure red faced parrot finches and split birds. Agree, advertise in the Wanted to buy Classifieds.

yes i understand what the wanted forums are for but it was a question about the colour i was asking, why they are so few and far between.im not in a rush for em.ive often put adds up in buy and sell but never get any responses on here so i have to buy and sell elsewhere.

i think both the red face parrot and sea green are very nice birds as with red and yellow painted finches i run mine in separate aviaries
