I used to use Pea Beu gray on my red factors, would spay them till their head were white, they would cough and splutter a bit, but it does not hurt them. Or you can put them in a cage cover the cage and fumigate them. Used to get a few looks of horror when you tell people, but they soon changed their mind when I would sray my pet Major with it. ( Now called Low Allergenic Odourless, only has two active constituants Bioallerithrin & bioresmethrin. Both are synthetic pyrethroids, and is the only flyspay I use. Even Quail will eat the seed moths when I spray them.)
