I see you are from Queensland. The Queensland finch society runs a frozen green fwm yearly sale but it's to late and to early to order if you a member.
A lot people are growing their own now, either in pots or a small garden plot. In garden plot weather is an important part of the year to plant, warm but plenty of water to grow to maturity. Pots are easy in full sun but also plenty of water. Once mature and seeding place in the aviary and the birds will do the rest.

Like Craig says - depending on quantity. Grow your own.
