CreamIno breeding project

I am doing this project with a target to create a grayIno

pair 1 : Black Gray male X creamIno hen - got two males and one hen. will keep the males for next gen. I am little confused on the color. are they chocolates or black grays ? If they are chocolates, they should be split to black gray and creamIno together. If they are black grays, they shoulld be split to creamIno.

pair 2 : Fawn male X creamIno hen - got two chestnut chicks and two fawn chicks, almost every chick has a pied spot somewhere. Not happy with the result. Will not use the offspring for breeding. Will pair this hen with the split males from pair-1. If they also give pieds, then this hen has to be out of breeding project.

pair 3 : black gray X creamIno hen - got this pair recently. It looked like black gray when i got him, but looking like darkest chocolate to black gray. Not sure about his color. But super excited on what they produce.

I take it that you are talking about black throats
or parsons.
I don't think we have the grey mutation here so I can't really comment.

Craig - the subject is under - Foreign finches - Society.
SSK Pied is very very common in Societies. You are going to find that many carry it.
Not sure of the genetics of Black - gray birds as they are pretty hard to find here.
But very interested in seeing pics of the parents and their chicks, once coloured.

added a third creamIno hen and euro chocolate self society male to this plan. Hopefully in couple of seasons, I should get some nice creamInos and GrayInos.

CHOCOLATE - dominant (normal form)
CHESTNUT - dominant to fawn, recessive to chocolate
FAWN - recessive to chocolate & chestnut
DILUTE FAWN - recessive to chocolate & chestnut
DILUTE CHESTNUT (silver) - dominant to fawn, recessive to chocolate
BLACK BROWN - selectively bred chocolates with darker color
BLACK GREY - autosomal recessive (chocolate x grey)
RED BROWN (fox red) - selectively bred fawns with darker color
RED GREY - autosomal recessive (fawn x grey)
PEARL - sexlinked recessive
CLEAR WING - selectively bred dilutes
CREAMINO - sexlinked recessive
GREYINO - sexlinked recessive (grey x creamino)
ALBINO - autosomal recessive
DARK EYED WHITE - autosomal recessive (clear pied)
MARKED WHITE - dominant form of pied
MOTTLED PIED - autosomal recessive form of pied

Finally found the above information.
So pair 3 in your 1st post are your best bet for achieving your intention.
