Sick blue gouldian

Hello everybody,
Can anybody give me some advice regarding my sick Blue Gouldian. He has something wrong around his eyes and he is also sick.
I just gave him spark and treated for coccivet. I have moxdectron plus and Avimec to use if required. I posted some photos but they are not good as he moved a lot. This bird and his mate a few week ago had a nest with 5 chicks. All got tossed and died.
Any ideas.

Not being silly but in my opinion he is just starting to moult out. Alot of gouldians start moulting from the head down. The bird may only be unwell from the medications given but does need plenty of high protein and seeding grasses to help reduce pressure on the moulting process.
