I hope I can get some help on this please?

I breed Gouldians in cabinets and I use hoppers for the seed. This works really well EXCEPT that the seed can get "webby" due to moths and then it doesn't flow well in the hoppers anymore.

We have a bayleaf inside the lid of each hopper, but that doesn't stop the moths. We have the seed sealed in a plastic container, but they still fly out every time I open the lid.

Does anyone have a solution? I searched here and about 12 years ago there is discussion of bay leaves, garlic powder, diotamaceius earth, camphor balls, etc. Can anyone share advice that helps me?

The finches will eat the tiny grubs.
But I don't have a solution - just the same problem from time to time.
