A very sad day today.

A few of you have probably read the topic "Moments" by I think jusdeb. In it I mentioned the very special (to me) quail "Bubbles". He died today.
Cannot believe it. killed by foxes.

Swear if I ever find those foxes, they'll wish they'd never been kitted.

Condolences Jayburd, never easy to lose a bird but even worse when you have a special soft spot for them. Unfortunately for me I have given all my birds a soft spot.

So sorry about "Bubbles" ... we get attached to our birds and it is heartbreaking when something happens to any of them. :(
