Any members from or around Dubbo? I will be in Dubbo 15th and again on the 21st this month for work.I would like to find a red cheek Cordon cock bird.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Cheers Buzz

Dubbo here Buzz.....Bobs pets in Darling Street is the only place in town selling Cordons ...pretty much luck of the draw but hey since your here well worth a look. Ive seen some gawjus Cordons in there .

Very clean shop , Ian the owner is a wealth of knowledge . The bird room is heated at night and is always clean of course if you get there at opening (before cleaning) there is a bit of seed scattered about .
He will only sell healthy birds and will tell the history of the birds ie who bred them and where they were bred . All round a good place to buy birds .
Dont expect it to be big this is Dubbo after all lol.
Ooops forgot to mention he plays Golf Wednesdays so not a good time to catch him but his Mrs and staff will look after you .

Thanks VR1Ton Ill see how I go in Dubbo if no good I might take you up on offer.Want one before spring breeding season but I don't know whats going on as orange breasts,longtails,auroras and either st helena's or diamonds have gone down. :?

Son turned up last night after being in the big smoke for a week with a young Cordon cock.Nice surprise for the old bloke. :D :D
