she is constantly in the nest box only comes out to feed and when he tries to get close she goes ape on him ...He is not feeding her and the eggs are way too old to be fertile.

my opinion, take out the nest box, let them mix with each other. See if she will let him feed her, if she does put the box back in november. If she still aggressive, you might not like what i say but i would either trade her for another hen or get another hen and put her on her own for a season.
By the way i good tip i got from an old timer which you might do, put eucalyptus leaves in the nest nest with nesting material, they love the smell and makes them want to go in and breed.

No what you say makes sense I will take the nest box out tomorrow ...am going scrounging for bottle brush tomorrow will get some eucalyptus leaves while I am out ... (will try it on the others neos )Thanks for the help ...

I am going to gets more birds on Friday up to Graystaines and its quite far what do I bring like a spray bottle on the mist setting

Yes Shanny they can, but only 1 pair of each in the avairy you have and don;t forget to have 3 nests if you have 2 hens. Cause every woman must have a choice. :D

When I pick up birds I use a wooden carry box and have a supply of seed and water in the box. Was told by the guy I bought my very first gouldians from that being able to eat seed seems to calm the birds down.
