Sorry if this post is a bit off topic but I need some advice about my budgies...This morning I found one of my hens dead. She had 3 young in the nest. They are around 3 weeks old. Will the cock continue to feed them or are they doomed?

In theory he will carry on regardless. However that said. Not all cocks are good dads, and it will obviously be more taxing for him. If you have another pair of budgies with similar sized chicks, it could be best to gradually (1 a day) move them, into foster care.
