what do i need to do for my red rumps to breed please

They need a healthy diet especially if coming from a pet store where they are only fed the basics , they need to be the right age maybe around 12 months for grassies , that means holding back on a nest box until the girl is old enough .
And they need to be comfortable in the surroundings you give them.
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

And keep just one pair in the aviary, or they will kill each other, even with their young, as soon as they are independent, remove them from the aviary.

Can use either if the size is right. But personally have a preference for logs. Make sure it's about 20/25cm diametre to allow for growing chicks.
