Hard to say. Mine tend to get on well. But lets see what we can work out. Have they had any changes in their food? housing? avairy companions? How long have they been together? Is either/both birds whistling? Have they nested before? Are they building a nest now?

Could be that he is ready to mate and she isnt and her chasing is the human equivalent of a smack on the face.
Or shes chasing him and he doesn't fancy her.
