was feeding the quails and out of nowhere my cuban hen flew strait out the door :o :x :evil: :cry: :(

2 hours went by the trap we set up hasnt caught my fav bird

end of the day come home and find she is trapped in the cage horah :P :clap: :thumbup: :D :) ;)

Fortunately, they are a bird that forms a strong pair bond. And that helps if they escape. They actually prefer coming home to their mate to freedom. (Which is not all it's cracked up to be anyway, what with butcherbirds and cats etc.)
