Uses for an empty swimming pool ?

If I filled our pool in my Grand Kids would scream for my blood.
I clean it, look after it,cover the costs and I swim in it the least ,I wonder sme times.
Mike Fidler decided to have a pool else where on his property so he created a water hole type feature
out of his kidney shaped inground pool.
It looks fantastic

Dont laugh at the jelly wrestlers , the people that do them at parties are making honest $$$$ out of it and according to my son they are great fun after a few ales .

Fill it with water and swim in it Not really sure but if you leave it empty for too long it will crack and probably break away anyway.

Green or Cotton pygmy geese, Wood ducks, Chestnut Teal or any of the Shelducks also acceptable.

Can't argue with the Pygmy Geese, not sure about the Woodies, & the Teals (still need a hen), will eat any plants in their, even if you can supply a heap of duckweed (their favorite). Think the Geese & Shellducks are all dabblers as well, Woodies are grazers, so water plants are generally safe.

Shelducks are the largest, so would provide the most meat.

VR1Ton: Shelducks are mostly grazers too. Not quite as specialised for it as geese and woodies though. Can get a bit ornery at breeding time, but they're mostly just bluffing. As for the woodies, they have such endearing characters. They become quite tame and trusting and their personalities really shine through.
