What a difference Photoshop makes!

It's amazing how much difference some photoshop can make, I did this is about half an hour, I sharpened, Increased the contrast, Brightened it up abit, noise-reduction, blurring of wire and such!

Yes it makes a huge difference.Id been playing around trying to win Jayburds photo comp.Photoshop/photobucket can really sharpen photos and there s all sorts of tools to play with.Sorry to bore everyone with more Redbrow photos.Its cheating a bit but the top photo has a bit of paint added and the bottom one is very close to what came out of the camera.

The trick is to still make it look natural.
AFAIK most major photographic competitions allow basic adjustments. (just enhancements not changing actual objects etc).

For what it's worth desert, i prefer the natural shot to the "shopped" one.
You cannot believe what you see these days.... just thought your ist shot didnt quite look right/real.
still live the lessers though....probably just as well you live out in the mulga. :mrgreen:

speaking of odd redbrows, I saw a pic of a 'fawn yellow' in an old 'finch news' the other day - very pretty. wonder what happened to them??
