Just wondering how experienced breeders sex their young birds. Are the males a darker brown? What about the white markings on the top of the wings?

Thanks.

I am not experienced with Jacarini's yet but when I bought mine as a young pair uncoloured they got it wrong and I ended up with 2 hens.

Hi Matt, was there any noticable colour differences between your two young birds?

Not that I could make and obviously because they were 2 hens, there was no difference
