From the photo it looks like he has injured it, maybe bumped it on a stick?

I'm pretty sure he didn't hit it on a stick or something but he's had it for about a month now. He was sick a week ago and I taken him to the pet store to give him antibiotics and he's a Lot better now but I don't think it has to do with his eye. It seems like some sort of cataract because I can put my hand up to that side of his face and he won't fly away like he doesn't know I'm there but if I do it to the other side he will.

Keep a very close eye on it, Psittacosis has a form wich manifests as any eye infection. It is highly contageous, so watch the rest of the flock, treatment is with Doxycycline from the vets (prescription only). Would talk to your vet who may be able to do a smear test. May also help to get some Neosporin Eye Ointment from the chemist, tell them its for vetinary purposes & you shouldn't need a script. Hopefully I'm wrong, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

I'm no expert and never profess to be one but from the photos I can see his ears an he appears to be a bit light on the feather side on his head/face. Any chance he could have scaley face mite which may be causing the irritation? Just a thought?

Well while he was sick I taken him to the pet store and the guy working there gave him scaly face treatment and said use it for a few days after. This was about 1 and a half weeks ago.

Finchman,
It was just a thought and you have obviously covered it but what is the thing between his eye and beak? It looks to me in the photo like a puss ball of some kind or a least some kind of infection, but maybe I'm just seeing things. Good luck.

I agree with VR1Ton- it appears to be a conjunctivitis of some sort and possibly an infection of the sinus surrounding the eye- a bit hard to tell from the photo.
If it is a pus ball then it will be a sinus infection.
There are several antibiotics and eye ointments that can be used, but they all need veterinary prescription.
If this is not possible your best bet over-the-counter medication would be avicycline or any other tetracycline( a poorer version of doxycycline which VR1Ton mentioned) and an eye ointment. If a swelling does develop between the eye and beak or around the eye then you will likely need to see the vet( you can tell by looking at the bird's face head on and seeing if one side is swollen).

Hope this helps.

well i taken him to the vet today and they said it looked fine. i was a bit shocked when they said that because i definitely knew that there was something wrong with it. i will try and get some eye ointment within the next couple of days and see how it goes
