I just found this today, while looking for info on Emerald Doves in mixed collections, and it looks like it has potential. It is American, so there is lots of info that is unrelated (and makes you want to move to America, in some cases) and It is only very new, with only very, very brief information on anything, but it is a wiki, which means anyone (with wikia, admittedly, you do need an account) can add, and I imagine that this will be an amazing site when it's more complete.

Above is a sample page, which is completely incomplete (excuse the oxie-moron), but it shows what the site is looking to be able to make with time.
