male zebra beak is orange??

normally a males beak is a vibrant red colour, but i have this zebra that is defiantly a male and has the beak colour of a female. has this happened to any of you guys zebras before???

Its possible that it is a poorly coloured yellow bill, but then again I have a few cock birds that are not as red as the others.
