jayburd i am sorry to say finch aviculture is not that popular i am a member and a committee of the NZ finch club only 250 members and would say another 200 non members around the country and we don't have a big range of finch breeds but we have nearly 5000 parrot breeders throughout the country there is only 10 junior finch keepers in the club and i am a junior to but therelots of junior parrot keepers around

Really?? I always heard it was a popular sorty of hobby in NZ... that's what you get for not really knowing what you're talking about :roll:
At least you have the best magazine on finches and softbills ever to exist being piublished over with you :)
