I enjoy the look on my dogs face when she gets a cat. she's never killed one but they do leave with a touch of red added to whatever colour they were. and I could swear the damn mutt is smiling

I know what you mean Mick. When i lived in town our neighbour had about five cats, they where always annoying the birds at night.one day the dogs bailed one up in the shed.At first i cant say i discouraged ,from chasing it around the shed,As i wanted it to no it was in unwanted teritory. After a while i felt sorry for it and healed the dogs. The cat ran off not looking the best.I went and told the lady what had happened, feeling guilty. But im glad to say the cat returned home about four hours later, and never came over the fence again.

They look great Misso, its given me some ideas for my aviary.
Where did you get those nifty looking clips for the cuttlefish? I put a hole through the middle of mine and hung it up with string, your clip looks so much neater.

Glad i could help, The clips are good, i was lucky to get them from a friend of mine who brought alot of bird products from England, he uses them in his aviarys and he had some spare and gave them to me. i havent seen them in pet shops or at bird sales so i think they are hard to come by.bluebutterfly213 wrote:They look great Misso, its given me some ideas for my aviary.

I like the idea of the trays at the bottom which allows minimal waste of seeds. i also put the 2 feeders together as i know gouldians like to eat as a group which this setup still allows to do.page0044 wrote:I have seen them before and they look quite good.
